GrassMar was founded by a group of family and friends who got fed up with the "bro science" and careless disregard for the environment that characterizes many companies, so we decided to take fate into our own hands and started a company that goes against the grain of traditional big ag.

As the CEO of GrassMar, I wanted to put together an unstoppable team of the most talented individuals I knew. Let me tell you why each member is part of our team:

Michele

With years of experience running a David business against multiple Goliaths, Michelle has proven her dedication and business acumen. In addition, she is an extraordinary gardener. She has transformed her residential home into a food paradise that very few can match.

Stacy

Stacy's years of lab experience as a research scientist, her ability to be thrown into any role at a moment's notice, and her fervent dedication to make sure the job is done correctly has served the companies she has worked for quite well, including GrassMar. This is precisely why she serves as both Chief Science Officer and Chief Business Officer.

Chris

Chris's unrelenting demand for perfection is why he serves as Chief Product Officer. He's the only person I've known who will restart a project if it only meets 98% of his goals, which is not good enough for him. This is all in addition to being an excellent gardener, where he equally brings and achieves his demand for perfection (he once grew a 18' kale plant).

..And then there's me. I'm a gardening nut, and like most of you, I really enjoy learning as much as I can about gardening. I had a few ideas for plant growth products, but I knew I needed a great group of talented and dedicated individuals. Knowing you are who you surround yourself with, I chose a team comprised of individuals who are extremely talented, way more than me in many areas, and who together could deliver the best products and service to our great customers.
